You are running. Breathing deeply, you fill your lungs with air. Your legs churn and your arms pump. Blood rushes through your body carrying nutrients to your muscles and oxygen to your brain. You feel great.

Running can help you stay in shape and is a fun way to exercise. A running program can also increase your endurance and overall physical strength. But becoming a strong runner takes time.
